Rates from $1 to $15 per square feet on residential & light commercial projects, depending on size & complexity. Design & drafting for new projects, additions and renovations. Initial remote meeting (video or phone) required to set final price to start the job. A deposit required to start working on the project, payments for each phase, final payment upon delivery of digital or hard-copy permit sets.

I now have partnerships with former co-workers/friends, who are licensed architects in Florida & Alabama. They have partnerships with engineers.


(Important Note: I'm an experienced design drafter in mainly architecture. I can generate full construction documents with preliminary structure, construction details & sections, electrical & plumbing, and roof structure. Still, certified & licensed engineers & MEP professionals are required to review, approve, and provide their own sign & seal sets).

Basic Residential Tasking/Tasker services are provided locally, 10 miles around my current location.  

 

BIM-CADD Design, Modeling & Drafting Services are an e-commerce remote online business, but on-site visits or in-person meetings are available when required or upon request. Most communications, meetings and coordination are conducted via email, Skype, MS Teams, Hangouts, text, phone & video calls.

 

I don't provide licensing, signing & sealing or certified review services on permit sets/blueprints, that’s provided by my partners/reviewers/consultants or professionals of your choice through a contractor or builder. Contractors or builders are responsible for finding, hiring and paying directly to professionals of their choice to obtain digital or signed & sealed permit sets. All completed work must be reviewed and approved by licensed architects & engineers local to the area where the project is going to be built. The architect or engineer of your choice most review and add their own typical construction details, sections and any other information in order to make construction documents permit ready, in compliance with building codes and local building departments. I do incorporate all provided information into the construction documents phase already included in the price, either provided by my partners/reviewers/consultants or professionals of your choice through a contractor or builder.

 

Digital copies free or extra charge for hard copies at local print shops for permitting once all is approved by architects & engineers.

 

Additional charges apply for client changes once the design or construction documents are completed.
